A Small But Mighty Rescue
Gentili Rescue and Rehab knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2018, our Animal Rescue Service realized that by working together with our community we could overcome our challenges in the RGV much more efficiently, yet we did not know what was the best way to do that. In July of 2019 we came across a stray puppy who was struggling to walk. After vetting the puppy, restoring its health and getting him adopted we realized we ultimately wanted to launch Gentili Rescue and Rehab.

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need through means of transportation to vet appointments, education, information on affordable vetting near them and more. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential as a pet owner. Helping Our Fellow Rescues
With this initiative, our goal is to assist fellow rescues with animals in need of a place to stay for a short period of time to save their life. We like to lead by example here at G.R.R. and encourage our community to do the same if they have space and time to do so for a furry friend in need!
